Welcome to R.A.R.e (Readily Available Resources). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the R.A.R.e platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Platten Industries ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Platten Industries.

R.A.R.e is a data analytics and trend-tracking platform that provides:

• Trend Analytics: Data visualizations and insights across categories including food, clothing, shelter, energy, travel, entertainment, love, and companionship
• Search Trend Data: Aggregated and anonymized data about what people are searching for, presented through charts and analysis
• Private Messaging: Communication features that enable users to connect with each other and with communities
• Venue & Meetup Information: Trending locations and gathering spots
• Connection Suggestions: Data-driven recommendations for places, events, and communities

The Service may include features that are under development or marked as "Architecture Ready." These features are provided as-is and may be modified, expanded, or removed at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Termination

6. Private Messaging Guidelines

The private messaging feature is provided to facilitate meaningful connections between users. When using this feature, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and in good faith
• Not use messaging for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam
• Not share another user's private messages without their express consent
• Report any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate messages to us immediately
• Understand that while messages are private, we may review content in response to reports of abuse or legal requirements

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove messages that violate these guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in prohibited messaging conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and all other content and materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Platten Industries or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Trend data may be based on simulated, estimated, or aggregated sources and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision
• Venue recommendations and meetup suggestions are provided for informational purposes — always exercise personal judgment and safety precautions
• We do not endorse any specific venue, event, business, or individual referenced in our data
• Past trends do not guarantee future results

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platten Industries disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLATTEN INDUSTRIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Interactions with other users, including through messaging or at recommended venues

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platten Industries, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Walker County, Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Platten Industries regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.

16. Waiver

The failure of Platten Industries to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Platten Industries.
